Raw material control A complete supplier selected and quality traceability system. All material are purchased from the famous manfacturers,such as:Baosteel and Anshan iron&Steel. we done all material in spheroidizing process.350-kilowatt spheroidizing furnace able and capable handling 300 tons heat treatment material monthly; 4 wire drawing machines, size servicing range from 2mm to 22mm up to 850ton/monthly. | |
Cold heading We had used the importing lastest cold-heading equipment and numercial control machine from TAIWAN in production.16 units of 6 die & 6 blow cold heading machine,15units2 & 4 machine,1 unit 4 & 4 machine,8 units 1 & 2 machine,2units 3& 6 machine.During the production process:Each product has process FMEA analysis;At each workstation have working instructions and control plan;Strictly process checking:Insaections for intial and final samples and process inspections(operation self checking per 15 munites,QC process checking 1 hour per time.) | |
Heat treatment process TSMD has two sets of 10-meter belt and carburizing furnace,we can accomplish:annealing,carburizing and quenching process, complete advanced production equipment to meet customer requirements. | |
Sorting process Strictly unqualified management procedure; Combine with digital detection system, to supply the host market products with 100% checked, ensuring perfect quality and consistency of the product. Optical Sorting Machines, we have 5sets now.Sorting for facing rivet, stopper rivet, hub rivet and set rivet etc., sorting: dimensions defect, burrs, damage and others rejects. | |
Stock We used Warehouse Management System to follow with order and stock management. Stock control in FIFO. |
